Background:
Ashley Soldera is a Holistic Nutritionist, Professional Massage Therapist, Personal Fitness Coach, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. She holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration, has a background in Human Kinetics, a Bachelor of Cognitive Science, and owns and operates a Mobile Massage Company across the GTA. Ashley has been in practice for over a decade and has coached clients for over 15 years in the weight loss and body transformation industry.
She works with individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, prescribing fitness programs for sport-specific training and optimizing health and wellness. Ashley designs healthy meal plans, sets goals with clients one-on-one, and offers counsel for pain management and weight loss struggles. She performs nutritional dietary analysis for those unsure of their dietary health, providing guidance for improvement.
Ashley’s commitment to encouraging clients to be their best self extends to ensuring accountability in their exercise commitment and fostering a passion for a healthy lifestyle in mind, body, and spirit. Through her therapeutic touch, she treats muscle aches and pains, educates children on smart eating for their sports, and ultimately transforms her clients into strong, powerful individuals, both inside and out.
Ashley teaches water fitness classes, spinning, and HIIT, and guides clients to perform proper exercises specific to their condition. She works with a variety of clients including pre and post-natal women, diabetics, seniors, special needs patients, and the obese population. Ashley enjoys uplifting people and creating a space for her clients to heal inner pain and discuss their mental blocks.
Having educated high school and college students on the importance of Sports Nutrition, Ashley also shares her personal story of overcoming a traumatic brain surgery during her university years. Her experiences have taught her the power of resilience, and she shares this message with others – there is no such thing as failure; when you fall, you must rise and fight harder than ever before.
Ashley has written numerous articles and personal short stories, including “Bleeding Uncut”. She journals weekly and has a published segment called “Self Empowerment Reset” available on Amazon with Rev. Maryann Padjan. Ashley’s hobbies range from hiking, reading, writing, international travel, and various physical activities to watching stimulating documentaries and listening to a broad spectrum of music. A life-long learner, self-care advocate, and believer in simple living, Ashley lives by the quote:
